2. Service Description

BitNovix provides AI-powered lead generation and digital advertising services. Our platform identifies, qualifies, and delivers potential customers to businesses through advanced targeting and social network integration. Services include but are not limited to lead discovery, qualification scoring, targeted advertising, and campaign analytics.

3. User Accounts and Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding the password and all activities under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms and Pricing

Our pricing structure is based on qualified leads delivered:

• Starter Plan: $50 per qualified lead
• Professional Plan: $40 per qualified lead
• Enterprise Plan: $60 per qualified lead (includes premium features)

Payment is due upon delivery of qualified leads. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Lead Qualification Standards

A "qualified lead" is defined as a potential customer who meets the following criteria:

• Matches your specified demographic and psychographic parameters
• Demonstrates genuine interest or purchase intent based on behavioral signals
• Has been verified through our AI scoring system with 95% accuracy
• Provides valid contact information and consent for communication

6. Data Privacy and Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of leads generated through our platform. All data collection, processing, and storage complies with applicable privacy laws including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant regulations. 7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances

• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate

8. Service Availability and Performance

The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BitNovix, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
